    The RxHelp.ca card is a brand-name medicine prescription savings card eligible to Canadians for use at participating pharmacies in Canada. To use the card you must have a valid prescription from your physician.
  2. Does it cost anything to receive an RxHelp.ca card?

    The RxHelp.ca card is free of charge, there are no hidden fees, no monthly charges and your privacy will be protected. Click here to view a list of Payment Assistance Programs available on RxHelp.ca.
  3. How do I get a card?

    To immediately receive your free RxHelp.ca card you may simply register:
    • online by Clicking here to register for the program that assists with your prescription or
    • by phone by calling 1-866-RxHelp4 (794-3574)
    When you enroll online or over the phone your card will arrive in the mail in 4-6 business days.
  4. How do I use my card?

    To use your card you must fill your included brand-name prescription at a participating pharmacy in Canada. After receiving your RxHelp.ca card (Click here to register) simply present your RxHelp.ca card when purchasing your included brand-name prescription at a participating pharmacy in Canada and you will receive your savings immediately. The RxHelp.ca card is accepted at most pharmacies in Canada.
  5. Can I use the RxHelp.ca card for all my prescription medicines?

    Go to the homepage and select your province to see a list of the brand-name prescription medicines included in RxHelp.ca payment assistance programs.
  6. Where can I use my card?

    The RxHelp.ca card is accepted at the majority of pharmacies in Canada. After receiving your RxHelp.ca card simply present your RxHelp.ca card when purchasing your included brand-name prescription at a participating pharmacy and you will receive your special offer immediately.   7. What do I do if my RxHelp.ca card is lost or stolen?

    Simply re-register following the same process in number 3 above.
  8. Can I join multiple patient assistance programs?

    Yes, it is possible to belong to more than one patient assistance program.
  9. What happens to my information?

    The information you provide to RxHelp.ca will only be used to register you for the payment assistance program of your choice and to provide updates to you on these programs. No personal information that is collected is provided to third parties. Please review our privacy policy for more information on how your privacy is protected.
  10. Can someone else use my card?

    The RxHelp.ca is specific to you and to your medication, you should not let anyone else use
    your card.
